Days Of the Week(Mon- Sat) – Daily Activities (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Monday

  • Review weekly bookings and staff schedules.
  • Deep clean treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Check and restock supplies (oils, towels, skincare).
  • Review client feedback and address concerns.

Tuesday

  • Staff briefing on service and safety.
  • Manage massage and skincare appointments.
  • Check inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Post promotions on social media.

Wednesday

  • Provide spa services (massage, facial, waxing).
  • Manage walk-ins and online bookings.
  • Following up with new clients for feedback.
  • Prepare gift cards and wellness packages.

Thursday

  • Team meeting on reviews and performance.
  • Deep clean tools and rooms.
  • Manage deliveries and inspect products.
  • Process payroll and update schedules.

Friday

  • Focus on service delivery and client care.
  • Offer end-of-week promotions or packages.
  • Post updates and respond to inquiries online.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for the weekend.

Saturday

  • Provide weekend relaxation and beauty services
  • Handle walk-ins and pre-booked appointments.
  • Manage sales of skincare products and gift cards.
  • Prepare report on weekly sales and client visits.
