Days Of the Week(Mon- Sat) – Daily Activities (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Monday
- Review weekly bookings and staff schedules.
- Deep clean treatment rooms and equipment.
- Check and restock supplies (oils, towels, skincare).
- Review client feedback and address concerns.
Tuesday
- Staff briefing on service and safety.
- Manage massage and skincare appointments.
- Check inventory and reorder as needed.
- Post promotions on social media.
Wednesday
- Provide spa services (massage, facial, waxing).
- Manage walk-ins and online bookings.
- Following up with new clients for feedback.
- Prepare gift cards and wellness packages.
Thursday
- Team meeting on reviews and performance.
- Deep clean tools and rooms.
- Manage deliveries and inspect products.
- Process payroll and update schedules.
Friday
- Focus on service delivery and client care.
- Offer end-of-week promotions or packages.
- Post updates and respond to inquiries online.
- Prepare treatment rooms for the weekend.
Saturday
- Provide weekend relaxation and beauty services
- Handle walk-ins and pre-booked appointments.
- Manage sales of skincare products and gift cards.
- Prepare report on weekly sales and client visits.
